Automatic Writing - How to utilize pen and paper to reveal inner aspects of self. Bringing the hidden you to the surface.
Internal Art - Allowing self to express through colors, paints etc.
Dreams - What they are here to show us. How they help us to access the unconsiouc and a light introduction to interpretation. (2 sessions recommended)
Feelings - Whare are feelings for? Where do they come from? Where are they stored when not recognized? What do we do with them? (2 sessions recommended)
Inner No - Learning the difference between judment and discernement and how to say the inner no to the behaviors and beliefs you learn are coming from ego.
Vision/Discovery Boards - Using visual aides to create and open to your Inner Self. (2 sessions recommended)
